An observation
The ideal for a manufacturer would be to be able to test all the design specifications of all the parts produced, without slowing down production.
In the field of geometric testing, this ideal is not attained.
Our contribution
Contactless measurement and Alsace Metrologie are the two keys for getting closer to this ideal.
In fact, contactless measurement is by definition a good means of systematically measuring parts produced: the techniques are fast, and there is no need to handle the part.
Alsace Metrologie, through Holo3, is not bound to any product, or to any measuring technology. On the contrary, our whole philosophy consists of employing the appropriate optical principle for the implementation of specific measuring devices that meet manufacturers’ needs.
What we offer
Two services are available:
- a feasibility study which will enable you to benchmark different technologies and determine the conditions of technical and economic feasibility.
- the development, manufacture, then installation of a special contactless measuring machine.
Examples of the optical principles used: holography, speckle interferometry, structured light, LIBS, multispectral imaging, shearography, stereo vision, tracking, ...
Examples of applications: scanning coupled with colorimetry, scanning reflective surfaces, dynamic distortion measurement, geometric testing of moving parts, …
