Alsace Metrologie provides contract measuring or research services to characterize surfaces and highlight design or structural defects.
Using optical methods or contact techniques, we offer to characterize any type of material in order to determine its roughness, highlight any defects (cracks, variations in thickness, shape defects, wave characteristics) by 2D or 3D surface mapping.
For specific materials such as paper or textiles, we offer tribometry, texturometry, hairiness measurement and specific characterization studies services.
